If you are not satisfied with the products you bought from “Sfastrec.com”, you can return them if the product is not a personalized design (no name written on it) within seven (7) days after they reach you, provided that you do not use them. The products to be returned in order to be able to return; It must be unused and undamaged. Products that do not comply with the specified conditions cannot be returned/exchanged.
In order to start your return process, you must fill out the return & exchange form on the back of your invoice and send it to us together with the product/products you want to return.
When sending the products you want to return to us; You must send all copies of your invoice by putting them in the cargo package.
The customer satisfaction is highly important fpr Sfastrec, that is why the entire price of the product you purchased in installments is returned to your account card as EFT, however it is reflected to your credit card in installments by your bank. “sfastrec.com” is not responsible for delays caused by unreachable contact numbers.
